If you are a runner:
Add hills and stairs into your workout.
Do hill climbs and hill running regularly.
If you want to be in a good shape, don´t use a non-stop run.
Run in intervals and during the stop do some push-ups or some chin-ups.
And if you are running near to your car or your home: Use Kettlebell-Swings during the stop.
